At Sprout Momma Bakery in Hilton Head, every loaf, pastry, and plate is made from scratch with organic, unbleached flours and locally sourced ingredients. Co-owner and Executive Chef Ryan Fennessey brings his fine dining background to each dish, creating plates that are both precise and full of heart.
This dinner is a celebration of craft—of the food, the beer, and the people behind it.
